We welcome you to AMS20, the 6^th International Summer School organized by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Texas A&M University. The five (July 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019) summer schools in the series were successfully conducted with the participation of more than 110 students from 15 different countries around the globe (Brazil, China, France, Greece, India, Iran, Italy, Mexico, Philippines, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States of America). The 6^th consecutive AMS summer school is the outcome of the long international partnership between AUTH and TAMU/TEES, realized through CERDAM.
